LUCI

A bug which appears with Python 2.0 was fixed. A new configuration file type
was added, along with a new description file to illustrate it (readline
configuration). A different return code is used if canceled. An 'about' window
was added with information about current configuration and description files
used. A bug regarding setting execution permission on programs in the install
procedure was made. Documentation was updated, and some other minor changes
were made.

A new utility has been added to automatically generate skeletons of description files, a documentation update has been made, and a new description file for Apache has been added.

A new navigator to browse between available desc files, ability to create new config files, plus some minor changes.

Better handling of errors in the description file, bug fixes, and a new example.

First public release.
