Flags for forcing display resolution and a "loud"
flag were added. The "double flash" problem was
fixed. A crash from an off-by-one error in the
zooming code was fixed. Various other fixes were
made for improved stability, performance, and
correctness.
Changed name from iview to 'vp' for legal reasons, fixed fullscreen toggle, fixed timer restart bug, now uses getopt_long for parsing the command line, new 'sleep' parameter tells how long (in milliseconds) to wait between frames, manpage updated, Linux temp file name fixed for network loads, fixed 8b image zoom failure, and now attempts to match current resolution when going fullscreen.
