CUnit

This version adds support for multiple output styles. In particular, the --output=style command line option can now select between colour (default), mono, and XML. The intention is that the XML output style will facilitate incorporating cunit into automated build and test runs. Additionally, a bugfix was incorporated which ensures that the exit code is set correctly.

This release included a number of code cleanups and restructuring. The focus of these was preparation for porting the program to Win32.

This release adds the ability to filter test suites by name based on a
regular expression passed on the commandline.

toggle between colour and mono displays. The use of
autoconf to detect which libraries to link against was
improved.
