Tera Term accepts Drag&Drop a file for "Send file"
This does not work over here (Win7pro 32 bit). Drag and Drop started from TotalCommander or Explorer. The filename area does not accept the file (see appended screenshot Tera Term_file_drop_into_filename_not_allowed_here.jpg)
The directory area would accept the file (see appended screenshot Tera Term_file_drop_into_directory_allowed.jpg). This is not intended (for me. The area usually points to a write protected directory and I would not want to generate redundand intermediate files)

and thanks for Tera Term! It would help me if the file selector in File/Send file would accept files per drag and drop for sending (*).
Why does it matter to me? After initializing the receiving side for a file transfer I need to send a file (not always the same) shortly thereafter. Often I'm not quick enough to walk through the directory tree within the timeout. It would help if I could just drag and drop a file directly from a file browser into the file selector.

(*) the file selector accepts a file (in its directory area) but instead of sending it it is stored in the selected directory.
