A couple of small security patches were applied.

A major security release to fix SQL injection vulnerabilities.

This release has Italian, German, Norwegian, French and Spanish translations, 'Big Brother' email message, surname suffixes, GEDCOM export, better display of dates, better user control, automatic recovery of passwords, non-editing users, and "remember me" login.

This is a security release following the discovery of a bug
which allowed a user to gain edit capabilities when the
application was running on a server with the php.ini setting
of "register_globals = On". If your installation runs on a
server with "register_globals = Off" then there is no need to
upgrade.

The major enhancements in this release included email
tracking of individuals, new surname listings, a new image
gallery, and new census views.
