Removal of duplicated rules, GUI enhancements on services ordering and color management, support for "tcp syn" flags of ipchains, allowing more secure output services, and a fix for a bug with ports ranges in /etc/services.
An enhanced GUI (nice icons, pop-up menus), support for masquerading modules management, support for port forwarding, a new possibility to specify whatever source/destination networks in new rules editing, properties file for system level configuration, and the ability to get different default networks and port ranges with the properties.
In version 0.7, too restrictive firewall rules for input services did not permit masquerading to work properly. To fix this important problem, an option has been added in the input service creation dialog box, which permits the creation of input services used with masquerading.
